Excellent location, great interior decor, wonderful hot spring bath, family-friendly, polite and professional service, free minibar.

Spent xmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The hot spring bath was fantastic and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was delivered straight to our room and it was delicious. The key location factor was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the streets with many eateries and shops selling local snacks.

The view from our room was a bit disappointing as there was construction happening nearby, but it didn't cause any noise disturbance. , the bathroom blinds didn't cover the entire window, so we had to be careful not to expose ourselves accidentally.

We loved the spacious room with a modern touch and the attached onsen bathroom. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast served was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. The hotel's location was slightly isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city making it a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Nothing that we didn't like.

During my New Year's stay, the amenities provided within the hotel were great! the indoor onsen attached to the bathroom provided us with great relaxation time after a long trip. the location of the hotel was also ideal for us as it was just a short walk away from the town center where we enjoyed great dining experiences. Lastly, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and set a great tone for our day.

If I were to nitpick, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved. We were able to hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms and it was particularly disturbing at night.

We stayed in the spacious smallest room with indoor onsen and were pleased with the friendly staff and nice location. the hotel is within walking distance of both the train and bus stations and a public park with free foot spa facilities. the decor was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the free minibar and wonderful hot spring bath with real hot spring water.

Sound proofing could be better.
